The Synthetic Blocking Buffer, Blotting is a readyto-use solution for blocking of the remaining free binding sites after coating or transfer of biomolecules to a membrane. The buffer blocks all potential binding sites of nonspecific interaction and reduces the background signal.
The Synthetic Blocking Buffer, Blotting eliminates the risk of false positive reactions in the assay, while avoiding the current safety hazards related to the use of bovine biological material, for instance BSA.
The product is available in bulk quantities.
